In order to supply powerful dehumidifier hire for drying out carpets and the laminated floors, we implemented multiple 55L dehumidifiers as well as our Sahara Extreme Blow heaters. As the VIP boxes were quite large, the client required multiple in each water damaged room needing urgent drying. The use of a powerful electric heater rental unit such as the Sahara extreme blow hire heater helps speed up the dehumidification and drying process. By heating the air using powerful heating hire, the rental dehumidifier is most energy efficient, and runs at its optimal efficiency. The rental electric heaters also help aid drying the air, helping to remove unwanted moisture, as well as radiating heat to the floor and space around. Â
Whilst most of our clients carry out the implementation of our drying hire pack themselves, due to Wembley Stadium needing extra support dealing with their flood damage we helped with the heating and dehumidifier hire installation and set-up. Â
In order to speed up the drying process for water ingress, we also supplied the client with 2 powerful rental indirect fuel heaters. By using diesel heater hire, this accelerated drying the carpets within the VIP boxes. The large rental diesel heater was also used between different rooms and VIP boxes, allowing very hot clean air to be blown into the desired flood damaged room. Â
Commercial diesel heater hire set-up
As our rental diesel heater units requires no permanent or fixed installation, it is ideal for temporary heating and drying hire. The rental indirect fuel heater was placed outside to the VIP boxes, with flexible tubing allowing hot air to be ducted into the required room/VIP box. Fully mobile, and set-on strong castor wheels, the diesel heater could easily be moved (switching the heater off between re locations). However, the long flexible tubing was also long enough to reach adjoining VIP rooms.Â
Due to the time critical period allowed for the heating and drying hire process, and the hot temperature being reached within the VIP box, you can see in the above image no necessary border was needed around the flexible tubing ducting hot air into the room.Â
As we used our Sahara Site Pro 110 Heater, this guaranteed large volumes of hot air within a short period of time. Â
